Jacquelyn S. Hitchens-Park

Jacquelyn Hitchens-Park is DRWA's Financial Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Before joining DRWA, Jacquelyn worked for the State of Delaware for 16 years in various positions but spent the last two years as the Fiscal Management Analyst. She is also an Air Force Veteran. Jacquelyn is dedicated to aligning financial strategy with business objectives and fostering a culture of financial excellence.
