Kevin E. Burdette resides east of Milton since 1986 with his wife, Nancy. He entered the Well Drilling Industry in 1976 with a Construction and Civil Engineering technology background and obtained his Delaware Well Drilling License #347 and his Maryland Master Well Drillers License MWD-391. He eventually received his Delaware Certified Public Water System Operator License #0001.
Utilizing his Civil Engineering technology background, he actively worked in the Well Drilling, Geo-technical, Dewatering and Water Treatment side of the industry mostly on municipal, industrial and large irrigation projects. As his interests expanded, he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He enjoys tackling challenges in Potable Water System Operations, Controlled Dewatering of Large Areas and solving unusual Water System problems and challenges.
Kevin is currently a semi-retired Business Consultant, a DNREC Certified Construction Reviewer, a Public Potable Water Operator and an adjunct instructor for the Delaware Technical Community College Environmental Center and the Delaware Rural Water Association. He continues to design and supervise Well Redevelopment & Dewatering Projects, and recently was involved in the design and manufacturing of a Soil Sampling / Dewatering Rig with a firm from Texas.
