This class will review the current odor control technologies utilized in both the Wastewater treatment Plant as well as what technologies are used out in the system. There is no one size fits all for every system. It requires a multi-pronged approach, We will go over what types of odor control systems there are for each situation in your system. Also we will talk about the different types of media and Chemicals are used to fight this age old problem. This Class will teach how to implement a AIR Valve Maintenance Program to keep your Air Valves working at Maximum Capacity and efficiency.
Dave Rockacy is a Sales Manager for Rockacy and Associates, Inc. with over 18 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. He has received the 2014 "Trainer of the Year" Award from Maryland Rural Water Association. He is actively involved in the regional Rural Water Associations in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. He chaired the Chesapeake AWWA Distribution Committee. His experience also includes knowledge in the air valve industry, large diameter water and sewer pipe, horizontal directional drilling, pipe bursting, pipeline rehabilitation, trench safety, asset management and many other related products and installation procedures.
